Refund and Return Policy
The Buyer reserves the right to return an Artwork purchased by him / her /it if there is a material difference or physical condition of the actual Artwork and its image, as shown on the Website.
Vineesh will accept returns of an Artwork and issue a refund to the Buyer only if the Artwork is delivered to the Buyer damaged and informed by the Buyer within 24 hours of delivery of the Artwork at vneeshgalerie@gmail.com, and Vineesh is not able to rectify / replace the Artwork within a period of 21 days. Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Policy for the Return of Originals

In case of any damage happened during the transit of the sculpture, you must dispatch the piece return with in 3 days time.
I will replace the sculpture with a new piece or if you prefer a refund, It will be done with in 10 days after receiving the sculpture back.
If you are interested in exchanging purchased art work with any other sculpture of mine or different piece from the same edition , you can write to my mail vneeshgalerie@gmail.com
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/offer priced sculptures cannot be refunded.
